Information for processing personal data - Information document pursuant to and for the purposes of article 13, Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 n. 196 and of the art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 "GDPR"

In compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 (Privacy Code) and subsequent changes and art. 13 Regulations EU n. 2016/679 we are to provide the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data supplied by you. The information is not valid for other websites that may be consulted via links present on the domain owner's internet sites, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites third parties.

HEAD OF PROCESSING: pursuant to Article 29 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, responsible for internal processing is responsible of the privacy sector. Marsala Tours pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter the "Privacy Code") and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "GDPR"), provides you with the following information.

a) Type of data processed

Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of protocols of Internet communication. This is information that is not collected to be associated with interested parties identified, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held from third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or names a domain of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in notation Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good order, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the IT environment User. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. Defense in court - The User's Personal Data may be used for defense by the Owner in judgment or in the phases leading to its eventual establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or the connected services by the User. The plug-ins are stand-alone extensions of the various plug-in providers. Therefore, Marsala Tours can not influence the extent of the data collected via plug-ins from plug-in providers. If, during your visit to the Marsala Tours platform, you are logged in to the website of one of the plug-in providers, this can associate the call with your user account.

If you want to prevent this association, you must log out of all the sites of the plug-in providers while you visit the Marsala Tours.

b) Because we collect data

1) the data you communicate to us will be used for contact purposes for any bookings and for purposes strictly connected to it, and derivatives and for instrumental purposes for the correct use of the site; in particular:

Name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone are required for the correct execution of a booking request. By consenting to the use of this data, the customer agrees to receive

- any communications by email or telephone for any problems regarding the reservation

c) What consequences in case of missing or incomplete provision of data

Without prejudice to your personal autonomy as an interested party, the provision of your personal data, for the contractual purposes indicated in the point b) 1 is mandatory, since, in default, Marsala Tours will be unable to follow up on your requests.

d) How and for what we process the data

The data will be processed, for the aforementioned purposes, by computerized and paper in compliance with current legislation and in any case, in order to guarantee its security, confidentiality, as well as preventing unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction. Personal Data will be kept for as long as it is there is a legitimate interest in the preservation of the same always if it does not express an explicit request for data cancellation by sending an email to info@marsalatours.it unless data retention is required by law (tax and civil law). In these cases the data will be kept only and only to comply with legal requirements.

e) To whom we communicate the data

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

1. subjects acting as managers (internal and external) of Marsala Tours, as well as those charged with the processing of Marsala Tours;
2. consultants in accounting, administrative, legal, tax and financial matters, as well as to subjects, bodies or authorities to whom the communication of data is mandatory by law or by public authority orders. These subjects will process the data as independent data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Privacy Code.
3. to third-party companies or other website providers, hardware and software assistance engineers, professional studios, etc.) who carry out outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, in their capacity as data processors.

f) Consumer rights

In your capacity as an interested party, you have the rights set forth in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of:

obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their own content of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;

to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

Where applicable, it also owns the rights referred to in Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right of opposition), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority.

h) Transfer of data to non-EU countries

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Pinterest, YouTube and Instagram via the social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized based on specifications  decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data , in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield), therefore no further consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

The constant evolution of our services may involve changes in the characteristics of the processing of your personal data described up to now. As a result this privacy policy may undergo changes and additions over time, which may also be necessary with reference to new regulatory measures concerning the protection of personal data. We invite you, therefore, to periodically check the contents: where possible, we will try to inform you promptly about the changes made and their consequences.
