a) Type of data processed
Navigation data. b) Because we collect data

c) What consequences in case of missing or incomplete provision of data
Without prejudice to your personal autonomy as an interested party, the provision of your personal data, for the contractual purposes indicated in the point b) 1 is mandatory, since, in default, Marsala Tours will be unable to follow up on your requests.
d) How and for what we process the data
The data will be processed, for the aforementioned purposes, by computerized and paper in compliance with current legislation and in any case, in order to guarantee its security, confidentiality, as well as preventing unauthorized disclosure or use, alteration or destruction. obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their own content of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

h) Transfer of data to non-EU countries
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area.
